Depending on the size and scope of the project, you can expect our factory built modular solution to save you 4-6 months of construction time when compared to traditional stick building. The entire Xtreme Cubes process from design to engineering to construction, will take from 120-150 days(larger projects may take longer).

No, Xtreme Cubes are always custom designed and purpose-built. We do not use shipping containers.

In most cases, our Xtreme Cubes are shipped as water tight units. Most local municipalities will require a finished, slopped roof installed on site.  This is typically done by a local roofer who will place rigid tapered foam board on top of the cubes and apply a final rubber membrane such as EDPM or TPO as the final water barrier. With some projects, the roof can be installed in the factory and seams finished on site.

We work with the client’s local general contractor to provide coordination and supervision for the installation.  Your general contractor will handle all of the site work. Permanent projects will need foundation, utilities and other related site work, prior to the installation that will be done as part of the client’s general contractors scope of work.

All of our Xtreme Cubes are custom designed, engineered and built to client specs. We base the cost of each project on the actual cost for the client’s specific needs.
